 According to the Public Relations Office of the university, Dr. Rezai Noor, President of Qom Industrial University, along with a group of professors and students, met and discussed with Dr. Ali Agha Mohammadi, Head of the Economic Group of the Office of the Supreme Leader. In this meeting, Dr. Rezai Noor highlighted the university's outstanding achievements in securing first and second ranks for graduate employment in 2020 and 2021, as well as the university's remarkable successes in its relations with the community and industry, including ranking fifteenth nationally in the number of research contracts in 2022, ninth nationally in the funding amount for postgraduate theses relative to the total number of theses in 2022, the establishment of a part-time employment scheme for students in the province's industries under the title of "Kahad Skills" in 2022, the organization of skill training courses, and the implementation of impactful cultural programs. Hojjatoleslam and Muslim Dr. Ghobani Mabin, Head of the Representative Office of the Supreme Leader at the university, elaborated on the cultural activities of this university, including setting up religious tents and ceremonies and notable cultural programs. Furthermore, faculty members and academics introduced the university's scientific capacities to undertake research projects in areas such as water resources engineering, environmental science, smart technology, process management, knowledge management, structural engineering, artificial intelligence, and more. Dr. Agha Mohammadi, the Head of the Economic Group of the Office of the Supreme Leader, while appreciating the scientific and cultural activities of Qom Industrial University and the leadership of the youth in the development of the province and the country, emphasized the need for forward movement in the dimension of time as well as the necessity of utilizing the gift of life efficiently and creating a time bank. A member of the Expediency Council stated: universities must distance themselves from viewing projects through a contracting lens and try to prepare packages to address the country's and province's problems and propose them to the government and organizations. He also stressed the need to focus on areas related to road infrastructure and the importance of enhancing intercity pathways.
